We attended “Leadership Development Program” in the Institute of Leadership Development (ILD) which set up in 1992 with the objective of developing an enlightened and motivated work force all over India through these kind of programs. Dr. Pramilla Sanjaya made her presentation about verbal and non-verbal communication and team work. Also, on 19th of August we will conduct a session on Leadership Development for the students and faculty members in SKIT College of Engineering and Technology.
