SIDART: Building a Safer, Inclusive Future!   

SIDART collaborates with over a dozen organizations as an external member in their POSH committees, ensuring awareness and encouraging members to spread knowledge within their workplaces. A POSH meeting was held on April 3, 2025, at Soni International, supported by Ms. Asmi Subramaniam, Project Officer at SIDART, as an external member of the Internal Committee (IC).  

The session focused on fostering a respectful and gender-neutral workplace by integrating inclusive safety measures. Meaningful discussions led to valuable insights, empowering members with the knowledge to uphold workplace dignity and create safer professional spaces. Together, we move towards a more inclusive future!
