Student are encouraged to join and learn the processes by engaging in the developmental projects and programmes. SIDART team of experts mentors and guides as well as does the hand holding.

They learn the work culture in a voluntary sector,right form dignity of labour to development of case studies, working in slums with the underprevileged people and looking up to them with respect and work with them to lead to sustainability.
